Vantage Marine Equipment Factory's first shroud delivery

Recently, the first products of four large-scale shrouds manufactured by Jiangsu Jingjiang Huadi Ship Equipment Factory were successfully delivered.

According to reports, the shroud will be equipped with a 35,500-ton self-unloading ship built by China Shipbuilding Chengxi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., with a maximum height of 681 cm, a hole diameter of 387 cm and a bore diameter of 525 cm. According to Liu Jianrong, the construction craftsman of Chengchuan Chengxi, this is the largest diameter guide in China.

To ensure on-time delivery. Vantage Marine Equipment Factory has worked hard to solve problems and overcome the difficulties of large size of the shroud body and easy deformation of welding, ensuring product quality. Up to now, the products of Vantage Marine Equipment Factory have been supplied to ships of large shipping companies such as Jinhai Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. and Rongsheng Heavy Industry Group Holdings Co., Ltd. In 2011, the plant's sales exceeded 130 million yuan, an increase of 35%. This year, the factory has also undertaken orders for supporting products of a group of ships such as Rongsheng Heavy Industry's 320,000-ton super-large oil tanker and 205,000 tons of bulk cargo ships. The production task has been scheduled for 2013.
