Electronically controlled high pressure common rail system is 6000-7000 yuan, and the cost of high pressure common rail engine is 30,000 to 40,000.” An industry source told reporters that in the production process, domestic high pressure common rail products are subjected to processing technology and production. The limitations of equipment and raw materials will affect the performance of the manufactured engine. At present, the main four country technical route adopted by the vehicle manufacturers in the light diesel market is the electronically controlled high pressure common rail EGRDOC. According to reports, electronically controlled VE pumps and electronically controlled monomer pumps developed by domestic electronically controlled fuel injection systems can also be used in light vehicles, such as Weifu Jinning, Nanyue Electronic Control, and Chengdu Witt, although they can also achieve national IV emissions. The technician said that the electronically controlled monomer pump meets the country's four emission standards, and the EGR of the treatment system must be strengthened after that. While EGR is very demanding for oil products, the four basic infrastructure facilities in the domestic market are not in place. The electronically-controlled VE pump is upgraded on the basis of the original mechanical pump. The mechanical pump is driven by the power of the engine. The pump injection is controlled by the eccentricity, which may easily lead to inaccurate injection, resulting in incomplete combustion and heavy post-emission processing. Exhaust gas is not up to standard. Moreover, even if these two technologies can meet the National IV emission standards, the performance of high-pressure common rails cannot be achieved under certain conditions, such as multiple fuel injections and pre-injection, which are only applicable to some types of engines.
