The fuel pump flange return pipe bracket of the vehicle within this recall may be cracked, resulting in fuel leakage and potential safety hazards. The supplier of this batch of parts is United Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Co., Ltd., Dongfeng Liuzhou Automobile Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou Automobile Changfeng Automobile Co., Ltd. will replace the improved fuel pump for vehicles within the above recall range to eliminate safety hazards.
The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) reminds consumers that in view of the serious problem affecting vehicle safety due to fuel leakage, please contact the producers if there is a smell of gasoline in the car or a drop of gasoline under the fuel tank before the producer implements the recall.
