With the decrease of light intensity, the maximum daily food intake of C. sinensis increased gradually and there was a linear negative correlation between the two. The specific growth rate increased with decreasing light intensity, and the specific growth rate was significantly different between the 10 lx and 3 000 lx light intensity groups. At 10 lx light intensity, the maximum daily food intake and the specific growth rate reached a maximum. From here, it can be seen that the value of light intensity affects the food intake of Chinese sturgeon, which indicates that strong light has an inhibitory effect on the feeding activity of Chinese sturgeon.
