In 1983, Qian Hengrong graduated from Jiangsu Institute of Technology as an internal combustion engine professional, only 18 years old. After graduating, he entered the work of the Wuxi Fuel Pump Yuzu Institute and began his career as a technician. Due to his outstanding work performance, he was appointed assistant director of the Wuxi Fuel Pump and Yurt Research Institute in 1993.
