Overall, the environmental air quality in Nanchang has improved significantly this year. From January to July, the air quality standard in Nanchang was 170 days, and the compliance rate was 80.2%, which was 22.2% higher than that of the same period of last year. The concentration of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, inhalable particulate matter and fine particulate matter in the atmosphere decreased by 37.5% and 21.4% respectively. 23.5%, 27.9%.
It is understood that due to insufficient elimination of motor vehicles, the situation of nitrogen oxide emission reduction in Nanchang City is severe.
