2, instrument maintenance methods:
1) Shell:

2) Institution:
This machine is covered by sheet metal or aluminum profiles and dust cover. Under normal use, no maintenance is required.
3) Fixture:
The fixtures attached to this machine are all electroplated. In general use, only dry cloth is needed to remove the dust. If it is not used for a long time, wipe it with a clean cotton cloth and apply a little anti-rust oil on the surface of the clamp.
4) Non-painted parts of the machine:
The non-painted parts of this machine are all copper, stainless steel or electroplated and will not rust. Therefore, in the general state of use, only dry cloth is needed to remove the dust. If it is not used for a long time, please wipe it with a clean cotton cloth. Anti-rust oil can be wiped on the non-painted surface of the machine.
3, cleaning methods:
To ensure that the appearance of the instrument is clean, use a soft cloth to clean the instrument periodically. For stubborn stains can be removed with a softer cloth mild detergent. Do not use strong cleaning agents such as benzene, acetone, thinner, or abrasive cleaners to prevent damage to the case. For safety reasons, cut the external power supply before cleaning the instrument.
4, maintenance precautions:
1) The working environment and conditions of the instrument should fully comply with the specified requirements, including room temperature, relative humidity, power supply voltage, and the installation foundation (general requirements around the machine table should be no vibration, no corrosive medium, no strong electromagnetic field interference), and some instruments must The environment also has special requirements, and maintenance and maintenance should be carried out in strict accordance with the instructions for use;
2) Before and after use should be kept clean and avoid collision;
3) When the test instrument is not used for a long time, it should be plugged in periodically;
4) The instrument should be in charge of the person in charge, and the test should be conducted strictly in accordance with the operating procedures. It is forbidden to perform the test beyond the scope of the test. After the test is completed, the instrument should be restored to the initial position to ensure that the next test is performed normally;
5) The instrument should be cleaned and tested on a regular basis, and the instrument to be calibrated should be calibrated to ensure the accuracy of the instrument.
6) When the instrument is not in use, appropriate protective measures should be taken. If it is not used for a long time, it should be re-inspected before use;
7) Regarding corrections:
Regular correction: According to the relevant regulations of the national measurement law, the general calibration period is one year;
Temporary correction: When the user finds use, or the quality management unit finds that the inspection instrument is not accurate during the inspection, it should be immediately corrected.
