When no-load test is carried out: (1) The continuous operation of the smashing machine for 2 hours, the bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 30 °C; (2) All fasteners of the smashing machine shall be firm and free from looseness; (3) The flywheel and the sheave shall operate smoothly; (4) All friction parts of the smashing machine are free from scratches, chipping and grinding, and there is no abnormal sound; (5) The adjusting device of the discharge opening of the boring machine should ensure the adjustment range of the discharge opening.
When loading the test: (1) The crusher shall not have periodic or significant impact or impact sound; (2) The maximum feed size shall comply with the design regulations; (3) Continuous operation for 8 hours, the bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 30 °C; The crusher handling capacity and product particle size should meet the design requirements; (5) there is no obvious movement between the adjustment seat and the frame ear seat.
Preparation before use: (1) Carefully check the connection of the thrust plate for sufficient grease; (2) Carefully check that all fasteners are tight; (3) Carefully check that the belt is good. If it is found to be unsafe, it should be replaced in time. When there is oil on the belt or pulley, wipe the oil with a rag; (4) Check if the guard is good. When it is found that there is unsafe phenomenon, it should be eliminated in time; (5) Check the presence or absence of ore or debris in the crushing chamber. If there is ore or debris, it must be cleaned to ensure that the crusher cavity is started; (6) Check if the top bolt is retracted, whether the gasket group is pressed, and whether the T-bolt is tightened.
The start of the jaw crusher: (1) After inspection, it is proved that all parts of the machine are in normal condition before starting; (2) the smashing machine is only allowed to start without load; (3) Before starting, it must be ringtone or Signal warning in advance; (4) If there is abnormality after starting, stop running immediately. The crusher can only be restarted after the abnormal conditions have been identified and excluded.
During the production and use process: (1) After the normal operation of the smashing machine, the material can be put into production; (2) The material to be crushed should be evenly added into the crusher cavity, and lateral feeding or stacking should be avoided to avoid unilateral overload or Understand overload; (3) When working normally, the temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 30 °C, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70 °C. When the above temperature is exceeded, stop immediately and find out the cause and eliminate it. (4) Before stopping, the feeding should be stopped first, and the material can be turned off after the material in the crushing chamber is completely discharged; (5) If the material is blocked due to blockage of the material in the crushing chamber, the power should be turned off immediately and the operation will be stopped. After the material in the crushing chamber is cleaned, it can be started again; (6) After one end of the jaw is worn, the adjustable head is used; (7) After using the smashing machine for a period of time, the tightening bushing should be retightened to prevent tightness. The bushing is loose and the machine is damaged.
