The Twitter company's application maker made a claim: Let's start again. Two years ago, Twitter's application of strict rules to plug into social media services angered developers. This week is the first developer conference to be held in four years. Twitter hopes to regain their trust and attract more application manufacturers.
According to informed sources, Twitter will launch a set of tools on Wednesday to make it easier for programmers to build applications. The service will provide mobile developers with solutions to common problems such as handling errors, tracking analysis, and making money through a new application development platform. These tools will include the Boston-based mobile crash reporting tool that Twitter acquired in 2013.
