1 Drop: Take water as carrier, fill the plastic bucket to 1.4 meters or more, free fall, require no cracking of the bucket, no opening of the bucket opening, and the bucket mouth may have slight leakage, but after falling flat No liquid leaks out, and there are no problems with the same bucket for 2 operations.

2 Stacking: The 200L plastic bucket was filled with water. After sealing, 580kg weight was added to the bucket body. After 27 days, the bucket was not deformed, there was no weakness, and there was no leakage in the bucket mouth.

3 airtight: 200L plastic bucket is fully sealed and put into the water, inflated to the tank to 20kpa, hold for 5 minutes, no bubbles emerge, then determine the qualified.

4 Liquid-tight: Water is poured into a 200L plastic bucket to form a water pressure, and the pressure is maintained at 100kpa for 30 minutes. If no liquid is exuded, it is judged to be qualified.

Ton bucket
