Records include repair time, mileage, repair symptoms, inspection results, repair items, replacement parts names and numbers, material costs and hours, as well as haulage costs, provision of spare cars or compensation costs, delivery time and so on. After each repair, fill out two copies in full, one of which is given to the consumer. Consumers have the right to inspect and copy relevant repair records. During the three-pack period of the vehicle, when the vehicle fails to drive due to quality problems or cannot safely travel, the repairer cannot repair the problem by telephone and should be responsible for on-site repairs.
