However, in China, the industry consensus is clear. Just as the internal combustion engine companies were intensively developing the products of the National Sixth, the Shenzhen and Guangzhou municipal governments were eager to propose plans to implement the light vehicle national six emission standards in advance in March and May this year. Faced with increasingly fierce market competition and increasingly stringent emission requirements, some internal combustion engine enterprises are actively developing new energy vehicle power technologies while accelerating the transformation and upgrading of internal combustion engines. In May, Weichai Power signed a strategic agreement with Siles Power Holdings Co., Ltd., a supplier of solid oxide fuel cells, to acquire 20% of its shares, and plans to establish a joint venture with Ceres Power in China for solid oxide fuel cells. Strong foreign investment, expansion of advantages, self-reliance and cooperation

More exciting things come one after another. On April 24, Geely Automobile and Guangzhou Automobile Group signed a joint venture agreement with Japan Aisin for the manufacture of 6AT. Aisin is unusually bound to two independent brand vehicle companies, and it is strong in the market of independent automatic transmission enterprises, which has aroused strong repercussions from the industry. Technical thresholds require increased recycling and ushered in fast moving


On February 13, the Ministry of Finance officially issued the "Notice on Adjusting and Improving the Financial Subsidy Policy for the Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles" jointly drafted by the four ministries and commissions on the official website. The New Deal will “improve the technical threshold requirements” and clearly propose to encourage the application of high-energy density and low-energy vehicles, and significantly divert subsidies to vehicles with higher technology levels, and maintain the subsidy for fuel cells.


The impact of the New Deal on the power battery industry is not small, especially the encouragement of high energy density batteries, which directly affects the development trend of ternary batteries and lithium phosphate battery companies. Unexplained weak mix of development prospects
