If necessary, device characteristics should also be made.
When designing layout pipelines, note the following:
A. The discharge pipe and its fittings should take into account the maximum pressure that can be tolerated.
B, pipe layout should be arranged as straight as possible, to minimize the attachment in the pipe and minimize the length of the pipe, the bend radius must be 3 to 5 times the pipe diameter, the angle should be greater than 90 °C.
C. The discharge side of the pump must be equipped with valves (ball valves, globe valves, etc.) and check valves. The valve is used to adjust the operating point of the pump, and the check valve prevents the pump from reversing when the liquid is flowing backwards, and prevents the water hammer from hitting the pump. (When the liquid flows back, it will generate a huge back pressure and damage the pump)
D. Reasonably select the pipe diameter, the pipe diameter is large, the flow rate is small, the resistance loss is small under the same flow, but the high price and the small pipe diameter will lead to a sharp increase of the resistance loss, which will increase the lift of the selected pump. With increased power, costs and operating costs have increased. Therefore, it should be considered from a technical and economic point of view.
b) Determine the flow head

b. If only normal flow is given in the production process, consider leaving a certain margin.
c. If the minimum, normal, and maximum flow rates are given in the production process, the maximum flow rate should be considered.

The so-called rational pump selection is to comprehensively consider the comprehensive technical and economic indicators such as investment and operating costs of the pump unit and the pump station, so as to meet the principles of economy, safety, and application. Specifically, there are the following aspects:
