For the semiconductor device factory, in addition to the ventilation and air conditioning system, there are some other energy-saving measures that can be used, such as the use of variable frequency speed control technology for the circulating cooling water system and the cold water system, and recovering the heat (cold) taken away with the exhaust air. The amount is used for preheating (cold) fresh air; in winter, the cold water prepared by the cooling tower is not used for the air conditioner to cool down.
