Wuhan Institute of Science and Technology has carried out scientific and technological research from two major parts of software pattern design system and hardware control system, and finally mastered the core technology of computer jacquard control system, which reduced manufacturing cost by half.
The project also developed the weft knitting CAD system software for knitwear. Through digital cameras such as cameras, scanners, digital cameras or video cameras, and image discs, it is possible to achieve fast input of flower patterns, multi-color matching, pattern simulation, etc. The pattern design is fast and simple, and can meet individual needs. After the application test, Wuhan Aidi Company believes that the product quality is reliable and the annual economic benefit is 1.68 million yuan.
