Construction method of double pan power trowel
1. First clean the ground floor of the building, and there is no water, and use plain cement slurry to paint about 2 mm thick as the bonding layer.
2. Transport the fine stone stick concrete from the centralized mixing place with a wheelbarrow, pour it on the ground floor of the building that has been brushed with plain cement slurry, spread it with a small square shovel, and then scrape the 2> scraping rough strip. The paving thickness of fine stone concrete is controlled at 15-20 mm.
3. The dry sand ash will be evenly removed on the surface about 2 mm thick after scraping, and the dry sand ash can be wiped with a trowel when the water absorption is wet.
4. The trowel repeats the compaction of the initial light in two directions, such as vertical and horizontal directions.If there is no slurry or dry cracks in individual places, it should be immediately sprayed with dry sand and ash and sprayed with a small amount of water before pressing; It should be supplemented by manual trimming of corners.
5. The trowel machine retreats slowly from the room to the outside of the door, and the corner light is also supplemented by people.
6. After the varnishing is completed, the concrete floor can be sprinkled and cured after the initial setting.
