Flotation machine post safety operation procedures

    1 Scope

This regulation specifies the flotation beneficiation plant safe operation and content requirements.

This procedure applies to flotation workers in ore dressing plants.

2 content

2.1 Operators must be employed after passing safety training; wear safety helmets and employee protection kits before they are employed. Employees must wear three tight dresses; women workers must be in safety helmets, not wearing shorts, high heels, and slippers.

2.2 When taking over, fully check the safety protection facilities such as the operation platform of the flotation machine and the protective cover.

2.3 Before the flotation machine starts driving, check whether there are any people and obstacles in the flotation tank.

2.4 When it is necessary to deal with an accident in the flotation tank, it must contact the flotation power distribution room, cut off the power supply of the machine and hang the signboard “Someone is working, no closing”; the seat belt must be fastened and under the supervision of a special person. Only work.

2.5 When handling the drug delivery tube, wear protective equipment and breathing apparatus.

2.6 When cleaning, prevent appliances, sticks, etc. from being caught in the transmission parts such as pulleys.

2.7 When working at heights, be sure to have reliable safety measures and fasten your seat belts.

2.8 When replacing the V-belt or the car of the flotation machine, the power should be cut off first, and the sign “Someone is working, no closing” should be hung, and the fingers and clothing should be prevented from getting into the crush. Not with a stick to press or iron wire to hook V-belt

2.9 The flotation cell in operation should prevent debris such as iron pieces from falling.

2.10 Always check the flotation circuit is smooth, eliminate metal loss.

2.11 When the flotation tank body has to be shut down due to wear and leakage or the agitator has to be shut down, the slurry in the tank should be drained and rinsed with water.

2.12 Fill in the original record carefully, so that the writing is clear and the data is true and reliable.

2.13 Do a good job in environmental sanitation and equipment hygiene in the scope of this post, and achieve civilized production.

2.14 Hand over the shift in strict accordance with the shift system.

2.15 Familiar with the technical performance and operation requirements of all equipment in this position.

Swivel Joint Connector

The swivel joint connectors are specifically designed for overhead line stringing, these swivels are reliable, heavy duty product with adequate load rating for tension stringing, yet small enough in diameter to pass through conductor stringing blocks. Swivel joint connectors should never be passed through bullwheels. Be sure to check the diameter of the swivel against the dimension on the blocks, etc. Swivel joint connectors are precision machined, alloy steel and heat-treated for maximum strength and wear, and should be compatible with the strengths of pulling line and grips. Swivel joint connector is suitable for connecting traction wire rope when laying out wire of various specifications, which can release the twisting strength of wire rope.


Swivel connector is a special connecting tool for overhead transmission line stringing construction. It is used to connect traction rope and ground wire, main traction rope and guide rope in the traction and laying process, or the new coil head and the old coil tail when the conductor is changed, and eliminate the torque. The swivel connector can be directly connected with the traction rope and the grounding wire, or through the traction plate. The swivel connector can rotate freely in the positive and negative directions under the load-bearing state, which has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, light height, convenient assembly and disassembly, and can reduce the damage of traction rope and ground wire.


The swivel connector is connected to the tool cable buckle or traction plate through the pin shaft and pin sleeve at both ends and bears the tension. The internal structure adopts plane thrust ball bearing to bear the axial load at both ends, and two radial ball bearings are equipped to guide to bear the radial load imposed by the pulley groove of paying off pulley. Under the joint action of two kinds of bearings, the rotary connector can rotate freely under rated load and release torque.
