1) Mixer chassis
The chassis of the mixer truck is produced by the automobile factory. It is the supporting part of the entire top coat and can walk on its own. It is one of the core components of the vehicle.
2) Power take-off
The power take-off device is a kind of power output device. It removes the engine power without changing the inherent performance of the original car, and drives the hydraulic pump through the coupling to achieve functions such as feeding, stirring, and discharging. .
3) Mixer
The shape structure of the mixer tube is a cone at both ends and a cylinder in the middle, which is mainly composed of a cylinder body, a connecting flange, a raceway, and a stirring blade. According to the size of the agitating volume consists of a single cone or a double cone, the section is closed by the head and the flange is welded. 5) Sub-frame

6) Front and rear brackets
The front and rear brackets are the main supporting parts of the mixing drum. The angle of the plane on the front and rear brackets determines the installation angle of the mixing drum.
7) Reducer
The speed reducer is a supporting part and a power part of the agitating cylinder, which drives the agitating drum to rotate and acts as a deceleration.
8) Operating System
The control system mainly controls the rotation of the mixer drum and the speed of the mixer drum. The steering control of the mixing drum is driven by the pull rod drive of the control system to drive the hydraulic pump variable cylinder swing rod to realize the reversal. At the same time, if the swing angle of the variable rod is increased or decreased, the pump flow rate can be adjusted slightly. The rotational speed control of the mixer drum is mainly through pulling the lever of the operating system to pull the throttle cable of the chassis engine, increasing or decreasing the engine speed to adjust the rotation speed of the hydraulic pump, thereby regulating the flow of the hydraulic pump, and achieving the feeding, discharging and stirring of the mixing drum.
