Strictly implement equipment inspection system, equipment maintenance system and equipment operation system, carefully check the working conditions of all parts of the equipment, cooperate with relevant personnel to propose maintenance items of their equipment on time, and continuously improve the equipment integrity rate;

4. Familiar with equipment specifications, performance, construction, maintenance and operation methods, and achieve “three good” and “four meetings”, and strive to improve equipment technical status and operational technology level;

5. Establish the idea of ​​“safety first”, implement the safety management system of the plant selection, the post safety duties and the safety operation procedures and action standards of the production posts, and prevent the occurrence of personal and equipment accidents;

6. Comply with labor discipline and post discipline, and conscientiously implement the handover system. Assist the squad leader and team members in handling and resolving various unexpected problems in production, and do not talk about the price, do not push, and guarantee the quality and quantity of the temporary work assigned;

7. Fill in the equipment operation record carefully, so that the records are complete, clear, and the data is true, and the equipment, pipelines and regional sanitation of the post are well done.
