If the amount of flotation machine is changed due to sudden changes in the graded overflow, in order to eliminate the abnormality as soon as possible, the adjustment should be started from the head of the flotation tank. It is important to observe the thickness of the foam layer and the amount of scraping from the concentrate production tank and the tanks before the rough selection. Because a large number of useful minerals are concentrated in these flotation cells, their flotation phenomenon and foam mineralization are generally more significant in response to changes in process factors.
