Brazil - Strong momentum to pick up
In November, the Brazilian light vehicle market continued to grow in July, with a rise of 13.8% last month to 197,600 vehicles. From January to November, car sales in Brazil rose by 10.1% to 1,970,700 vehicles, the second only to Russia.
Europe - New vehicle sales continue to grow
Sales of new cars in EU and European Free Trade Association countries rose by 5.8% to 1,258,200 in November. However, new car sales in the UK have fallen by 11%, and the other four major markets have achieved increases of 12% in Spain, 10% in France, 9% in Germany and 7% in Italy. From January to November, cumulative sales of new European cars reached 4% to 14,493,400 units.
U.S. - Strong light vehicle sales in November
In the US, light vehicle sales slightly increased by 1.3% to 1,388,000 units in November, which was the second time in the first 11 months.
