Recently, the Almaco Group of Finland received a contract from the German Mv Werften shipyard to supply luxury passenger suites and kitchen areas for the four “Rhein-class†luxury river cruises of Crystal River Cruises.
It is reported that this is part of Almaco's first new shipbuilding contract, which will provide a total of 220 luxury suites and corresponding corridors, as well as the main kitchen and pantry of all four cruise ships, including kitchen equipment.
The first two ships are expected to be delivered by the shipyard in 2017. The completed ship is 135 meters long and 11 meters wide. Each boat will be equipped with 55 Almaco-built suites, each with an area of ​​approximately 70.5 square meters, for accommodation for 110 passengers.
Almaco's above contract will begin in December 2016 and all contracts are expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2018. Previously in February 2016, Almaco also received a contract to convert crew accommodation and dining areas for Crystal River Cruises' Crystal Mozart.
