Carbon fiber is a high-strength new fiber material with a carbon content of more than 95%. Germany's GFG and SGL's large-scale manufacturing technology support, Kangde composite materials industry version 4.0 intelligent manufacturing plant, from design, research and development to the integration of carbon fiber and component manufacturing process, making cost reduction possible. Among them, Zhong Anxin is mainly engaged in the research and development and production of high-performance carbon fiber and its composite materials. In August last year, Zhong Anxin's first high-performance carbon fiber automated production line with the largest single unit (1700 tons) and international advanced level was completed and put into operation. Stable production, product performance can be comparable with the international top Dongli company's products, breaking the technical blockade and monopoly of developed countries in one fell swoop, laying a solid foundation for China's carbon fiber industry to catch up with the international advanced level. After the completion of the project, the carbon fiber production capacity will reach 5,100 tons, ranking first in the country and the top five in the world. The move attracted capital injections from Beijing Yisheng Hengtong Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Yuhong Group. Zhong Anxin's outstanding performance has also been highly praised by LEONARDO, Italy's largest aerospace industry. It is reported that on July 26, LEONARDO executive team and Zhong Anxin signed a memorandum of understanding to build a leading international civil aviation composite material manufacturing platform to help the development of China Commercial Aircraft wide-body aircraft and achieve mass production.

In the future, the scale will continue to decline with the expansion of scale and technological progress. It is expected that after five years, Zhonganxin can reduce the raw material cost of automotive carbon fiber composite materials to 50% or lower, to meet the industrial needs of mass production vehicles. At that time, the application of carbon fiber in automobile lightweighting is expected to become popular.
