Therefore, the process was complicated and the cost was high, which was only applicable to high-end equipment.
Dr. Guo Zhaolong, State Key Laboratory of Transient Optics and Photonics, Xi'an Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, and Zhao Haixin's research team conducted an in-depth study on this issue and made important progress. A new type of core-shell nanostructured nanocomposite The material preparation method is prepared through a simple sol-gel method. By designing the micro / nano structure as the basic structural unit of an antireflection coating, the refractive index of the coating can be easily and quickly controlled, The ideal optical performance of the membrane. Based on this, an antireflective AR coating with large area, high quality, low cost and wide spectrum can be constructed on the glass surface by combining high efficiency, low cost impregnation-pulling and physical toughening technology. The technology has been successfully applied to the cover glass of solar modules, which enhances the light trapping ability of the module and the power generation per unit area, and is expected to be widely applied to the cover glass, architectural glass and agricultural greenhouse glass of solar modules.
