The use of air sampling pump and precautions

The use of air sampling pump:

(1) Remove the plastic plug of the inlet of the sampling pump and connect the flowmeter and sampling tube as required;

(2) Connect the sampler (load), turn off the regulator valve first, and then turn on the power, the pump will start working. Adjust the flow control valve to get the required flow.

(3) After sampling, turn off the power and take samples from the sampler for analysis or measurement.

Air sampling pump precautions:

(1) When the sampling site has a high dust content or a long time accumulated sampling, care should be taken to prevent the flow due to too much load resistance;

(2) When the pump is running at a high load for a long time, do not unplug the sampler before turning off the power to prevent the pump body from suddenly contracting due to the cold air being drawn in, causing the pump shaft to be damaged or burnt out. Motor. Turn off the power first and then take the sampler.

(3) When not sampling, use the plug to block the air inlet so as not to fall into the sundries and damage the pump body.
