The recovery rate of low-mercury catalyst reaches 100%; the penetration rate of high-efficiency mercury recovery reaches 50%; the penetration rate of the deep-adhesive hydrochloric acid technology reaches more than 90%; and the research and development of mercury-free catalysts are accelerated, and efforts are made to make breakthrough progress.
