The new “4030” project (an annual output of 200,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 200,000 tons of methanol, and 300,000 tons of urea) will utilize the differential pressure in the carbon-carbon cycle to realize energy recovery, saving 5.2 million kwh per year, saving electricity 2.08 million. yuan. In the 200,000 tons of ammonia-alcohol technical upgrading project, they adopted the low-pressure co-alcohol process to fully recover the reaction heat of methanol synthesis, reducing the compression power consumption per ton of methanol by 120 kwh, optimizing the operation level of the device. At the same time, the company eliminated outdated processes, used frequency conversion technology, and reconstructed nearly 300 operational equipment. The effect was obvious.

By optimizing the urea production process, the company can save 81,000 tons of steam annually; adjusting the boiler fan process can save 360 ​​kwh per hour. The company's sulfur acid plant in phosphorus chemical industry is not only a thermal energy center, but also provides steam for coal chemical production. According to statistics, the device can provide 864,000 tons of medium-pressure steam and 136,000 tons of low-pressure steam each year. They also prevent heat loss by optimizing the steam pipe network. According to the principle of thermal energy classification and utilization, all the waste heat of each process of the ammonia synthesis system is recovered and used according to the energy level. The converted waste heat is recovered by adding salt and desalinated water, and the synthesis reaction heat is used for conversion and synthesis. The air release, purge gas and gas generation gas are synthesized and synthesized. After slag and other waste heat are recovered, it can be used for gasification, so that the high and low heat energy can be fully utilized.
