Reducer industry "Twelfth Five-Year" development plan and strategy implementation

Recently, the National Reducer Standardization Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “National Commission for the Reduction of Standards”) held an enlarged meeting to discuss and approve the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” work plan for the National Commission for the Subsidy Reduction, and to clarify the outline of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”: to effectively implement the national economy. The “Twelfth Five-Year” Development Plan Outline and China’s equipment manufacturing industry will revitalize and promote the goal. We will work hard to upgrade the national standardization management level for reducer enterprises and even the entire industry, so that domestic transmission equipment will be adapted to China’s key and major equipment manufacturing industries in the modern national economic construction. The need for development will ensure that China's equipment manufacturing industry will transition from being a manufacturing country to being a strong country for R&D and manufacturing.

The core contents of the “12th Five-Year Plan” of the reducer industry are: to increase the overall management of the design, manufacturing, and integration capabilities of reducers in the field of mechanical equipment; to strengthen the standardization of independent innovation and basic research; and to vigorously promote major technology and equipment fields. Multifunctional equipment, large-scale broadband metal plate processing equipment, reactive power compensation and harmonic wave treatment devices, etc. The standardization work of the reducer; in the field of new energy, renewable energy and alternative energy, focusing on the efficient use of energy and structural optimization, focusing on The standardization of the use of speed reducers in large-scale, high-efficiency clean power generation equipment, UHV transmission and transformation equipment, and other fields. In accordance with the relevant industrial development goals and technical requirements, the standardization work will be incorporated into the application of reducer design and manufacturing to meet the high standards of the equipment manufacturing industry in the market economy and national industrial development.
