(I) General requirements 1. 3. The mine should be equipped with a safety exit, stipulate a route to avoid flooding, set a clear road marking with a reflective film, and familiarize all employees so that once the water breaks out, it can be safely evacuated to avoid accidental accidents.
(II) Water Situation Report and Water Condition Handling 1. The operator who discovers the water situation on the spot shall immediately report the water inrush location and water condition to the mine dispatching room, and notify the surrounding personnel to evacuate to a safe place or raise the well.
2. After receiving the water situation report, the mine dispatching room shall immediately start the mine water disaster emergency plan, determine the safe evacuation route of the personnel according to the direction, location and water volume of the incoming water, and notify the personnel in the affected area of ​​the well to evacuate immediately. The safety location or the well is reported to the person in charge of the shift and the main person in charge of the mine, and the flood situation is notified to all surrounding mines.
3. When water inrush occurs, the mine should immediately prepare to close the waterproof gate, and then close the waterproof gate after confirming that all personnel have been evacuated.
4. The mine should adjust the underground ventilation system in time according to the degree of impact of the flood to avoid wind flow disorder and harmful gas overrun.
5. After the occurrence of a water hazard accident, the mine shall report to the relevant government departments in accordance with relevant regulations, and shall not report late, report, report or report.
