(1) Overview
Qingshuitang lead zinc mine located in Qidong County, Hunan Province.
The mine was originally mined by folk songs. It was relegated to the state-run in 1953, and the mining method was used to mine rich ore and artificial barrel washing. In 1966, a 100-ton/day flotation plant (referred to as the new plant) was completed. The actual production capacity is now 200 tons / day, and plans to expand to 500 tons / day.
1958-1973 all mine produced a total of 30,000 tons of lead and zinc metal, profits turned over 8.4 million yuan. Among them, 3562 tons of lead and zinc metal were produced in 1973, and the profit was 1.76 million yuan.
Beneficiation plant process water from the water below the creek, by the Hunan power grid at 35 kV single-circuit power supply, the dry season power shortage, so each year about three months production. The tailings are discharged into the front gully of the concentrating plant and flow to the downstream Niuchangwan tailings pond.
The mine adopts the flat raft - the inclined shaft to open up, and the mining method is the shallow hole slip method. The original mine was towed by a self-made 1.5-ton electric motor vehicle to the original ore bin of the ore dressing plant for manual unloading.
(II) Process 1. Mineral properties The mine is a vein-like lead-zinc polymetallic deposit produced in black or gray metamorphosed slate . Metallic minerals sphalerite, galena, pyrite followed, brass ore. Gangue minerals quartz, followed barite, sericite, calcite. Lead-zinc minerals are dominated by coarse-grained inlays. The ore is simple in nature, and the useful mineral is coarsely embedded. The lead-zinc mineral has a large difference in floatability and is easy to separate. A simple preferential flotation process can be used to obtain a higher sorting index. The ore contains about 3% water, about 2% mud, the true weight of the ore is 2.88, and the pseudo-specific gravity is 1.8.
2. Process The old factory is broken into three sections, and the ore is broken from 200~0 mm to 12~0 mm. Because the treated ore contains high water content, the ore is washed on the grid before crushing, the sieved product is dehydrated by spiral classifier, the grader overflows through the shaker, the shaker concentrate and the grader return sand and The finely divided products are merged into the powder ore bin.
The new plant crushing process is a two-stage closed circuit. The original ore is crushed from 250~0 mm to 15~0 mm for a section of grinding, and grinding to -200 mesh accounts for 45%, and lead and zinc are preferentially floated. The lead and zinc concentrates are concentrated and filtered in two stages for dehydration.
The mineral processing process is basically the same for the new and old plants. The following picture shows the new plant process and technical operating conditions.
