After diagnosis of cirrhosis, doctors recommend liver transplantation. On August 8, doctors performed the same kind of liver transplant surgery on their son. After the surgery, severe infection of the son, although no anti-infection through the various systems have a good effect. After consultation, the doctor thinks that the patient is infected with a serious liver transplant. On November 21, the doctor performed a second liver transplant on his son. His son developed sepsis and multiple organ failure and died 13 days after surgery.

In January of this year, commissioned by Wuhan Intermediate Court, the China Association for Science Evaluation Center issued an appraisal opinion: Xiao Zhang’s primary disease is critical and may die at any time, but the hospital’s diagnosis and treatment is faulty. Two liver transplants are serious infections in Xiao Zhang’s body. If it is not implemented under effective control, it is over-medical. The hospital shall be responsible for the failure of Xiao Zhang's two liver transplant operations.

Yesterday, the original defendant initiated a debate on whether to perform a liver transplant operation.

The hospital's agent said that the hospital had no improper medical diagnosis and behavior for Xiao Zhang's liver transplantation. Zhang Hao also signed the consent of the operation. Xiao Zhang’s death was related to the deterioration of his own disease and requested to reject all claims of the plaintiff.

As the two sides have more differences and the mediation fails, the court will choose the sentence.
