The fire inspection cabinet has two parts: the main circuit inspection and the non-pressure inspection of the fire equipment. It can complete the low-speed self-inspection of the main control circuit and the water pump. When the system has no fire-fighting instructions and each fire control equipment system switch is placed in the self-state, the fire pump can be self-patented. Since the inspection cycle is from several hours to hundreds of hours, the cycle clock automatically starts the inspection program and has manual inspection function.
The patrol return signal is derived from the primary auxiliary contacts of each electrical component. It is not allowed to exceed 2S between feedback signals. After the main circuit inspection is completed, the inspection controller will form the next inspection command to the non-pressure inspection equipment. After receiving the inspection instruction, the equipment will perform low-speed no-pressure inspection on the fire pump one by one. The motor speed is low during the inspection and the system does not form water pressure. During the inspection, the driving power of the fire pump is very small, about one percent of the rated power of the pump motor, so the low energy consumption is significant. During the whole inspection process, if the equipment receives the fire command, the intelligent inspection controller will immediately issue an instruction to stop the inspection, and immediately start the fire pump to complete the fire task. A new inspection operation process begins only when the next inspection period is reached and no fire incident is formed. During the inspection, if the pump is faulty, a fault alarm message will be given. When an input overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, output overcurrent, or short circuit is formed, the controller will send an alarm message to the fire center.
The fire inspection cabinet inspection effectively prevents the fire pump from being idle for a long time, and the serious consequences of failure to start due to corrosion and other causes cause great losses to the national property and people's life safety.
