Chen Jihong, Chairman of the CNC System Branch and Chairman of Huazhong Numerical Control Co., Ltd., explained the concept of “CNC Generation”. It is suggested that all member companies should extend their vision to other industrial automation fields in addition to their application in the field of machine tools.

Chen Jihong said that at the China Machinery Engineering Annual Conference recently held in Wuhan, Zhou Ji, President of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Chairman of the China Mechanical Engineering Society pointed out that the "CNC Upgrade" of China's machinery products has entered the best opportunity period, and the products of the CNC generation are being formed.

CNC generation mechanical products refer to the organic integration of numerical control technologies and products, including CNC systems and drive devices, with mechanical equipment to realize the digital trajectory control, motion control, logic control, and process monitoring of these mechanical devices.

At the beginning of 2011, 18 academicians put forward proposals for the implementation of the "CNC Generation" mechanical product innovation project. They were highly valued by the leaders of the Central Government. The Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the National Development and Reform Commission made in-depth investigations and deployments. The demonstration project has been officially launched.

The digital control generation project has made new use of the numerical control system. This requires the CNC system enterprise product line to be more abundant. In fact, some numerical control system companies are making market layouts outside the machine tool sector. For example, Nanjing Newfangda CNC has transformed its products from general-purpose to special-purpose and woodworking machinery. Beijing Baolun CNC, which has joined the sub-committee, uses lasers. CNC machine systems such as cutting machines, engraving and milling machines, and gluing machines are the main products; Chengdu Guangtai CNC cooperated with a local welding company in 2011 to extend the CNC system to the field of welding and cutting, and to develop and use robots for handling and welding. CNC system; Nanjing Renhe CNC Co., Ltd. and Huazhong CNC Co., Ltd. established Nanjing Ruipude CNC Equipment Co., Ltd., which is engaged in the research and development and production of numerical control systems.

Director Chen Jihong also proposed an initiative to buy raw materials. As the price of raw materials (such as rare earths) has risen, the cost of producing servo motors and servo-driven enterprises has increased, and the price of products has risen. The domestically produced CNC system industry with thin profits has occupied most of the low-end and middle-end markets by relying on small profits. However, after the “winter” arrival orders fell sharply, how did CNC system companies obtain profits? Group purchase is a method to reduce costs, but there is no precedent and how to implement it will be explored.

At the same time, the representatives also discussed the price war, and they all agreed that deliberately depressing prices to obtain orders, and that there is no way out to fight price wars, can only hurt both sides.

In fact, the domestic CNC system industry achieved good results in 2011. Due to the large number of orders in the first half of the year, although the current orders are reduced, the annual growth rate of output value is not expected to fall below 20%. During the meeting, Secretary General Wu Heng summarized the work of 2011; Minister Yang Xingan of Guangzhou CNC, Yu Dong of Deputy General Manager of Shenyang High-precision CNC, and Ma Guimei, Deputy General Manager of Nanjing Huaxing CNC informed the production and sales of the company in 2011. The good sales performance encouraged the delegates.

Fan Qiang, deputy general manager of Chengdu Guangtai, believes that the hot market in the first half of the year is irrational. The current cold-blooded market is only a correction of the market that was previously over-prosperous. Shi Chenwei believes that the importance of CNC machine tools determines the necessity of the existence of CNC systems and must have confidence. When the market's repetitiveness makes everyone exhausted, they must abandon inertial thinking and exercise their strength.
