Delphi sales of $16 billion in 2011

Delphi has announced financial reports for the fourth quarter of 2011 and the full year of 2011.

Delphi reported sales of $3.9 billion in the fourth quarter of 2011, a year-on-year increase of 6.8%; net profit was $290 million, a significant increase from 2010 net profit ($75 million).

For the full year of 2011, Delphi’s sales totaled 16 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 16.1% year-on-year; net profit was 1.1 billion U.S. dollars, which was higher than the 2010 net profit of 631 million U.S. dollars.

Delphi expects sales in the first quarter of 2012 to be between $4.0 billion and $4.1 billion, and sales for 2012 will be $16.2 billion to $16.5 billion.
