Chipsets to improve the design flexibility of STP and cable transmission

Maxim Integrated Products, Inc. Releases Latest 3.12Gbps GMSL SerDes Chipset to Improve Design Flexibility for STP and Coaxial Cable Transmission; Designers Use Traditional STP or lighter, lower cost coaxial cables can support high-resolution automotive infotainment systems.

Currently, automotive designs commonly use STP cables to transmit data to automotive infotainment displays. However, more and more OEMs are beginning to experiment with coaxial cable solutions to reduce costs and weight by more than 50%. With Maxim's SerDes chipset, OEMs can continue to use STP cables in their designs, and seamlessly switch to coaxial solutions without component replacement in future module designs.

The chipset provides 15 meters of coaxial cable or STP cable drive capability, providing sufficient margin for a reliable and flexible design. The built-in spread spectrum function of each serializer and deserializer can effectively improve the EMI performance in the link without the need of an external spread spectrum clock. Each serializer can be used with any deserializer in the series to support the use of different interfaces on the link endpoint. In addition to providing high-resolution drive for center and rear seat displays, this series of chipsets is also suitable for the megapixel camera system.

Extremely low EMI: The built-in spread spectrum function of the serializer eliminates the need for external components to effectively reduce EMI.

In addition, each component operates in the automotive temperature range of -40°C to +105°C; it provides evaluation (EV) boards and pricing information for qualified customers. In addition to the previous generation GMSL SerDes products, HDCP compatible versions are now available.

Our FRP Membrane Housings are specifically designed to accommodate RO (Reverse Osmosis) membrane elements. These housings are available in three different sizes: 2.5 inch, 4 inch, and 8 inch. The 2.5 inch housing can withstand working pressures of 300PSI and 1000PSI, the 4 inch housings can handle working pressures ranging from 300PSI to 1200PSI, the 8Inch housings can handle working pressures ranging from 300PSI to 2000PSI.
Our FRP membrane housings are available in two different brands: Winder and Winder-G. Both brands have undergone rigorous testing and have been certified by ISO9001, CE, and NSF. This ensures that our products meet the highest quality standards and can be trusted for reliable performance. Our FRP membrane housings have been subjected to extensive testing, including more than 100,000 fatigue tests and 6 times the bursting water pressure tests. This ensures that our housings can withstand the harshest operating conditions and provide long-lasting performance.
The standard color of our FRP membrane housings is white, but we can also provide custom colors upon request. This allows our customers to match the aesthetics of their water treatment systems or integrate them seamlessly into their existing setups.
