According to the forthcoming "12th Five-Year Plan" of the Beijing auto industry, the purchase and running of electric vehicles in Beijing will not be included in the scope of purchase. However, the relevant person in charge of the Beijing Municipal Economic and Information Commission stated that pure electric vehicles are simply not required to participate in the Yaohao number plate, but they must also follow the number of the end of the license plate and abide by the weekly line-limit rule.
