Recently, Allison, a global manufacturer of fully automatic transmissions, announced that it will expand its global headquarters base in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. The project will add 205 jobs by 2013 and plans to invest US$89 million. .

In Indianapolis, Allison Transmission currently has 2,500 employees. As a highly socially responsible manufacturing company, Allison has hired 50 new employees in April this year. With the phased expansion of the project, new jobs will appear one after another. By 2013, 205 new jobs will be created. In addition, the project will also help improve the transportation network needed to expand to Speedway, Indiana.
