702 ship structure monitoring system applied to civilian ships

Recently, the long-term monitoring device for ship structure developed by China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry's 702th Research Institute has been installed and applied on the deepwater pipe-laying crane "Ocean Oil 201" of China National Offshore Oil Corporation. This is the first time the system has been applied on civilian ships, which has laid a solid foundation for the Institute to further broaden its application range and expand market influence.
