Recently, the “2015 China Automotive Quality Overall Rating List†was announced. The Outstanding Tire Award was awarded as the only tire-related award in the list, and was awarded to three brands including Double Star Tire, Kumho Tire and Horse Tire.
It is understood that the three award-winning tire brands are representatives of domestic brands, joint venture brands and pure imported brands. Qingdao Double Star is a domestic brand, South Korea Kumho Tire is a joint venture brand, and German Horse is a purely imported brand.
It is reported that the selection process of the list not only integrates the opinions of professionals in the automobile and tire industry, but more importantly, puts the volume of product complaints and the resolution rate of complaints at the core of the consideration.
