What to do before large-scale gasoline generators are used

Nothing is more important than safety at work. Therefore, we must make appropriate preparations before work to prevent accidents. Then what are the preparations for gasoline generators before they are used?
1. To avoid electric shock, please use a good ground wire when using this unit.
2. Please use unleaded gasoline of 90# or above. When refueling, first remove the fuel tank cap (counterclockwise rotation), then add fuel, and always observe the oil level gauge on the tank. Do not remove the filler filter when refueling. (When refueling, you must stop the generator and be very careful about the surrounding fireworks.) Do not add oil to the top of the superfilter.
3. Add the specified capacity of four-stroke generator oil to the crankcase. Pull out the oil gauge to check the oil capacity. The oil level should be between the grids of the scales and the state should be in the middle. When filling with oil, remove the black filler cap counterclockwise to inject the oil. After a minute, check the oil level again. There is an oil pressure sensor in the engine. If the engine oil is insufficient, the generator cannot start normally. If the engine oil is excessive, the large gasoline generator cannot work normally. Please drain the excess oil through the drain.
Large gasoline generators must be replaced with new ones after 10-15 hours of running-in. In the subsequent normal use, the replacement of the brand new engine oil should be performed 30-50 hours after use, depending on the use environment and the strength requirements. If the total time of generator use does not exceed 30 hours in half a year, replace the new engine oil once again when using the generator. Every time before starting the generator, it is necessary to check whether the gasoline and oil are filled up to a safe use capacity.
