"Isolated Island" is connected to integrate more than 30 subsystems such as R&D and design, procurement logistics, production assembly, after-sales services, enterprise portals, and resource management into one flat management platform, with a high efficiency of "Gigabit backbone, 100M to desktop". The operation realized the information management reengineering of the enterprise management process.
The invisible information hand not only links the production chain of Weichai, but also integrates more than 500 suppliers and 4,000 after-sales service stations into a unified management platform. On this platform, seven R&D centers in Europe, the United States, and China can realize the coordinated development of even the Weichai engines that are thousands of miles away. Through an informatized “common rail line†system, every moment of speed, fuel consumption, and other operations are performed. Data can be monitored in real time.
