Yesterday, JD Power released the 2010 China Automotive Sales Satisfaction Study (SSI) report. Audi, Skoda and BMW and Volkswagen were ranked in the top three (BMW Volkswagen tie-up), and local brands Hafei, Roewe and FAW Jilin also entered the top ten. The survey shows that the average sales satisfaction of the industry in 2010 increased slightly from 822 points in 2009 to 823 points. The delivery process and delivery time were the most important factors in overall satisfaction, but in 2010, the average delivery time was extended from 2.8 days in 2009 to 4.7 days.
