Heap leaching Because the local coal resources are abundant, the price is cheap, and the pit is used for drying. After drying, the ore moisture content is reduced from 26% to less than 15%. After adding 10 kg of cement per ton of ore, 20 kg of lime, the ore, The cement and the lime are mixed and transported to the crusher by a belt. After being crushed, the belt is sent to a pan granulator for granulation. At the time of granulation, a previously prepared granulation liquid having a composition of 0.5% sodium cyanide and 1 × 10 -5 of a scale inhibitor was added. The residence time of the control pellets in the tray is 6-12 min. The pellet moisture is between 24% and 26%. After curing for 24 hours, pile up, the stack height is 2.5 ~ 3.0m, and the angle of repose is 45 °. Using PLK-15 rotating nozzle cloth liquid, the spray intensity is 15L/(h·m 2 ), the gold in the leachate is adsorbed by the carbon column, the gold-loaded carbon is sent to the desorption electrolysis center, and the gold mud is fused to obtain the combined gold, and the color is up to 98. %the above.
The final result: the original ore grade is 2.49~5.3g∕t, the slag grade is 0.17~0.28g∕t, the leaching time is 15~19d, and the leaching rate is over 93%. The recovery rate is 86.87% to 87.97%.
Waste treatment After the leaching is completed, the heap is washed with water and then sprayed with calcium hypochlorite solution until the cyanide concentration of the effluent from the heap is less than 0.5 mg ,L, and the tail slag is finally sent to the tailings dump. The final discharge of the wastewater is also treated with a calcium hypochlorite solution until the cyanide concentration is less than 0.05 mg ∕L.
