Oerlikon Barmag of Germany recently developed a small-batch, advanced compact monofilament machine with an output of up to 100 to 150 kg per hour.
This monofilament machine is mainly used for the production of monofilaments for artificial turf. At present, its production capacity is only about half that of normal spinning equipment. Manufacturers can economically and efficiently produce low-density polyethylene (PE), high-density polyethylene and Raw materials for artificial turf such as polypropylene (PP). As the device has on-line tension monitoring and high user-friendly performance, it can ensure the stability of the yarn quality. It is understood that Barmag will exhibit this equipment at the 18th K2010 International Plastics and Rubber Exhibition held in Düsseldorf, Germany from October 27th to November 3rd.
