Judging from the market development trend in recent years, the proportion of soft-pack batteries is getting higher and higher. Some experts predict that the market share of soft-pack batteries in the future is expected to exceed 50%.
The research report released by Haitong Securities shows that the soft pack battery has great room for development in the power field in the future. According to the report, compared with the current mainstream technology route, the soft pack battery is 20% lighter than the aluminum shell, can obtain higher energy density, has better safety, and has higher cycle times; the soft pack battery is in domestic lithium battery. The overall market share is about 35%, and its superiority has been proved in the 3C field, but the market share of the power battery is estimated to be less than 10%.
