At the China Agricultural University's agricultural product and animal husbandry machinery and equipment research and development base product development and scientific and technological achievements appraisal meeting, the “Dry stem drying and leaf separation technology and complete equipment” developed by China Agricultural University was identified by the expert appraisal committee of the Ministry of Education.
Lisu is known as the "king of pastures" and not only has high yield, but also has good grass quality and high nutritional value. However, due to technical and equipment restrictions, China's animal husbandry lags behind the international advanced level in the use of crickets. China Agricultural University researched and developed “Drying stems and leaves separation technology and complete sets of equipment”, effectively solved the problems of drying fresh stems and separation of stems and leaves at the same time, thus making it possible to store and deep-process large quantities of fresh alfalfa.
The research and development base of the agricultural agricultural animal husbandry machinery and equipment of China Agricultural University, which is developing this technology, is located in the North Industrial Area of ​​Beisu Village, Wuji County, and is still under construction. The total investment of the base is 200 million yuan.
