2、工作前首先由安检员对煤仓内进行瓦斯浓度及其它有害气体进行检查，当瓦斯浓度不超过1%时，二氧化碳浓度不超过1.5%时，其他有毒有害气体不超标时，方可进行作业。

3、清仓人员必须要系好安全带，系好保险绳，好将所携带的工具用棕绳系好，并须逐步递进，从上而下全方位(斜井上下左右全部)进行清理，只有将上段清理干净后方可进行下一步清理。

4、工作人员必须穿好防护用品，带好安全帽，并携带好矿灯和自救器及便携式瓦斯检测仪，随时检查瓦斯情况，发现异常，立即停止工作。

5、施工人员下井前严禁喝酒，严禁带情绪下井。

6、派专人传递信号，必须做到信号清晰。

7、清仓完毕后，必须将煤仓底部给煤机上杂物清理干净。

8、现场安排专人落实本措施的实施。

9、施工前后及时与调度室联系。

10、不详之处严格按照《规程》及审批意见实施。
